With the creation of a new corner lot by the removal of an existing home and subsequent lot split into two parcels, it was critical for the home to not only fit into the fabric of the established neighborhood but also respond to today's active family needs. The city's stringent zoning restrictions became the guiding parameter for the best utilization of the new site, exploiting site amenities while respecting public vs. private areas of the home.
