Flats on Vine

This 228 unit urban housing community was the first rental housing development in Columbus with flats located over ground level parking. Units feature open floor plans with large windows that take advantage of the urban city views. This appealed to the young professionals of Columbus and set a new standard on rent per square foot in the Columbus multi-family market.
