Sullivan Bruck has teamed with Homeport, a local non-profit that strives to create housing opportunities for low-to-moderate income individuals and families, on several successful projects on the near east side of Columbus. Our designs for urban infill multi-family and single-family new-builds and remodels have helped revitalize a once neglected neighborhood. SBA balanced marketability with extremely tight budgets and the city’s upgraded building standards for projects receiving city funding.
