Private Residence — Brick House

Being a newly created infill lot through a lot split, it quickly became apparent that this home would need to have a detached garage if it was to respond to today's market demands while respecting the area's architectural character. Extra detailing was added to the brick work above the entry and in the dormer heads to showcase how finely crafted details slowly reveal themselves as the visitor approaches the residence.
