Steelhouse

Comprising 113 units in a four-story urban-infill location, this project was one of the first in a rapidly re-developing pre-war industrial corridor that is in the 5xNW neighborhood of Columbus, nestled between the Ohio State University and Grandview Heights. With a younger market, SBA worked with the owners to develop a contemporary image for the exterior and open-concept luxury units with a complete amenity package.
