The Broadview

The Broadview, Phase 1 The Broadview is a high-end boutique apartment development on an urban infill site one block off the busy commercial corridor of Grandview Avenue. SBA worked with the developer to create capacity studies and conceptual design to gain neighborhood approvals for the project. The project contains 64 luxury units over a semi-recessed parking podium. A courtyard opens to Broadview Avenue, breaking up the mass of the building and creating a grand entrance as well as an exterior amenity. Other amenities include a lounge, an outdoor patio, and a “B&B” suite available to guests of residents. The project overlooks and offers direct connectivity to bustling, walkable Grandview Avenue, while simultaneously benefiting from the quiet residential setting of Broadview Avenue.
