Trotters Park

Trotters Park is a multi-building development that is part of a revitalization taking the place of a tired 1970’s-era urban renewal project in the Harrison West neighborhood. The project consists of six apartment buildings that encapsulate a courtyard where surface parking is located, thus removing the parking lot from the streetscape as much as possible. A retail component was incorporated into the clubhouse at the request of the Harrison West Commission. A contemporary façade design combines with an appropriate scale of building elements to achieve a successful streetscape.
