Station 73

Station 73 is a market-rate 258unit apartment community located in the Olde Detroit neighborhood of west Cleveland. Occupying the former site of the Everready Battery factory, SBA’s design for this site takes advantage of walkable connectivity to adjacent Edgewater park and bustling Detroit Avenue, as well as terrific views of Lake Erie and the Cleveland skyline. SBA created a design that reflects the industrial heritage of the site in forms and materiality of the two four story podium buildings. All parking has been internalized, and buildings seek to recreate / reinforce street edges and activate the pedestrian landscape. A free-standing 8,000 s.f. clubhouse contains leasing and amenities, and it fronts a pool terrace with amazing views of the lake.
