Located in a redeveloping area of north Columbus, Luxe 88 contains 221 units in two four-story buildings. Units on the top floor contain popular mezzanine lofts to give the building the grander appearance of being five stories tall. SBA’s design responds to the owner’s desire to project a lush, luxurious image on the exterior and within. An opulent amenity package includes multi-story lobby entrance, large club and fitness space, and an extensive exterior amenity terrace.
