The Broadview, Phase 2

The Broadview Phase II is a high-end boutique apartment development on an urban infill site one block off the busy commercial corridor of Grandview Avenue. SBA worked with the developer to create capacity studies and conceptual design to gain neighborhood approvals for the project. Distinct from but adjacent to Phase I, this phase contains 60 luxury units in two components: a center four-story block over parking podium and a row of walk-up units facing the more residential charm of Broadview Avenue. The podium provides parking for both components and an amenity courtyard sits on the podium between the two. This phase has a more robust amenity package than Phase 1, but SBA created a site plan to connect to Phase 1 to create a larger community.
