A new 314 unit, 539 bed urban student apartment development on the border of the University of South Florida in the city of Tampa.  The project is comprised of over 390,000 square feet within two five story podium buildings with four floors of wood framed constructing over one floor of a post-tension concrete structure.  Ground floor parking for residents and amenities of a clubhouse with fitness center and outdoor pool are included.
