Comprising 192 units in eight 3-story garden buildings and a clubhouse building, this project anchors a rapidly developing corridor in the Milo Grogan neighborhood at the convergence of growth between downtown and the Short North. SBA worked with the owner to create a design that incorporates luxury amenities yet maximizes efficiency and utilizes a simple palette of materials to create a lively, vital community.
